Local chefs Ken Barnes and Stephanie Beseda with Sommelier Sareth Kjolen and the Milton Parker Home B&B have partnered together for a unique cooking and dining experience on June 10.
The seven-course “Reinventing the Classics” meal will be paired with five outstanding wines. Chefs will provide instruction on how to prepare the dishes. Guests will learn cooking techniques and how to select wines for these classics. A complimentary booklet containing the recipes and wine notes will be given to each guest.
Menu highlights include lobster chowder, Beef Wellington, flourless chocolate cake, and more.
