Noodles Made From Scratch at Twisted Noodle Cafe

Since they opened in September, the buzz about Twisted Noodle Cafe on Southwest Parkway at Texas Avenue has been, for lack of better terminology, mouth-watering.

The reviews and facebook posts about the place had been making me dream of trying those made-from-scratch-to-order noodles in a bowl of broth that they make in-house too.

For my first taste of Twisted Noodle, I had the Spicy Beef Noodle Bowl. It is also available as a stir-fry with no broth. My bowl did not disappoint. The noodles were delicious and literally couldn’t have been fresher. The broth is not very spicy…but you can add spice to taste. That’s a good thing, as you can always add spice, but can’t un-spice a too-hot broth…which I’ve come close to at ramen joints in the past.

Highly recommend heading to Twisted Noodle Cafe. I certainly will again.
