Your three course dinner includes two appetizers, two entrees and two desserts from the Chef’s Tasting Menu. Chef Alfonso Gonzalez personally selects one popular entree each from the Grille, Fowl and Sea sections of the regular entree menu, along with two appetizer and dessert choices to feature on the Tasting Menu each evening.
