Chef Fitzgerald Dodd is a renowned Chef out of Dallas that specializes in what he describes as “elevated southern cuisine.”
Madden’s is honored to be hosting Chef Dodd on Monday, March 7th for an amazing Guest Chef Dinner at 6:00PM.
Chef Dodd and Chef Tai will each be preparing four dishes, each with a themed ingredient. Stay tuned for the full menu, though I can tell you the course themes are tomatoes, fish, duck, and lemon respectively.
Each course will consist of two half sized dishes: one prepared by Chef Tai, and one by Chef Dodd. Can anyone say “Iron Chef?”
